What this covers
This policy is about steadyworkco.com. The contractor referral websites Steady Work Company operates carry their own policies.
What we collect
If you fill in the contact form: your name, business name, email address, phone number, trade, service area, and whatever you write in the message. Nothing else is asked for and nothing is inferred about you.
Why
To reply to you, and to work out whether we have a website that fits your business. That is the only use.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information, we do not share it with other contractors, and we do not add you to a mailing list. There is no advertising or analytics tracking on this site.
Spam protection
The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a script. Cloudflare receives technical information about your browser and IP address in order to make that check. See Cloudflare’s own privacy policy for what they do with it.
Where your message goes
Contact form submissions are delivered by email through Resend and stored in our email account. Nothing you send through this website is written to a database. Both Cloudflare and Resend are US-based.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while there is a reasonable prospect of doing business together, and deleted on request.
Deleting your information
Email hello@steadyworkco.com and ask. We will delete it and confirm that we have.
Payments
Billing is handled entirely by Stripe on pages Stripe hosts. Card details go to Stripe, never to this website and never to us.
